Upcycle unused Android phones by turning them into 'stop-motion' Web Cams, CCTV, SpyCams etc. whatever you want to call it. The idea behind MyPhoneCam is to make setting up a Web Cam using an Android phone an easy process. You don't have to worry about IP address and the photos your camera takes will be available in any browser on any device, instantly. The app continuously takes photos and uploads them to our server where it is instantly available to view. Version 1.0 of this app allows anyone to view the pictures if they know the web address. For instance you might want to keep an eye on your dog at home and the web address to the pictures will be https://myphonecam.com/spotthedog. That's it! Or you might be interested in keeping an eye on your river near where you live as you enjoy sailing, e.g. https://myphonecam.com/RiverParrett. This one is live. You can set a timer so that photos are not needlessly taken in the dark. Only the last 10 photos are held on the web server, and if the app is not used for 2 weeks the site will be removed in case someone else wants to use the same name.
